simpliFORRM^℠

simpliFORRM transforms what has traditionally been a complex, paper-intensive coverage election process into a streamlined, digital experience. Powered by DocuSign, the platform enables insureds to quickly and securely select uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, personal injury protection (PIP)/no-fault coverage, and medical payments coverage across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

simpliFORRM was designed with two goals in mind: to simplify client experience and to improve operational efficiency. Through a guided, electronic workflow, insureds can review options, make coverage selections, and execute required documentation with minimal effort and without the delays commonly associated with paper-based processes.

Customers consistently cite simpliFORRM as one of the easiest coverage-election tools they use, thanks to its intuitive design, electronic signatures, and convenient access to documents.

The process is completed in three simple steps:

1. We send an Electronic Document Delivery Agreement to the insured for their signature.
2. We send a survey though DocuSign through which we obtain the insured’s responses to a set of questions related to their coverage election options.
3. Based on the insured’s responses to our survey, we prepare a coverage election manual with the available coverages. That coverage election manual is then sent to the insured, again via DocuSign, for their review and electronic signatures. Upon completion, all the final signed documents are housed in DocuSign from which users may obtain a PDF copy for their records.

Once finalized, all signed documents are securely stored and readily accessible for future reference.
