As Old Republic Risk Management’s Chief Executive Officer, Steve is responsible for all major corporate and financial decisions at ORRM. Additionally, as Executive Vice President of Old Republic International (ORI), he is part of the senior policy-making office of the CEO at ORI, the holding company of ORRM and various subsidiaries. Since 1999, Steve has held responsibilities at ORRM managing many operational aspects of the company, including the underwriting functions. Steve previously worked for AIG in various underwriting managerial roles in their Chicago, Illinois office for several years and began his career with Sentry Insurance.

As Old Republic Risk Management’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Terri has responsibility for managing all aspects of ORRM and leading key decisions across the various disciplines of ORRM. Terri has more than 27 years in the risk management space including experience at Marsh in San Francisco and in Milwaukee leading the Risk Management function for two large companies. Terri’s diverse experience on both sides of the table enables her to lead the multidisciplinary teams and manage ORRM for the long run.

As Senior Vice President of Claims, Scott is instrumental in overseeing our various third party claims administrators, supervising regulatory compliance in respect to claims handling, and managing our internal claims supervisors. Scott assumed the position of Vice President of Claims in 2012 and has extensive experience and knowledge in working not only with our TPA’s, but with our insureds directly. Scott has more than 35 years of industry experience and was previously with Northwestern National for 18 years managing claims.
