Their incumbent carrier was uncomfortable allowing self-handling, so the manufacturer wanted to explore their options.
Old Republic personnel met with the manufacturer to learn about the manufacturer's claims staff’s experience handling general liability claims. They clearly demonstrated their ability to handle and monitor claims under the proposed Old Republic general liability policies and understood the importance of reporting claims to their carrier.
