To further the reach and impact of the Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) Amplify Women and NEXTGen initiatives, an annual partnership has been established with Old Republic Risk Management. Through this partnership, Old Republic will support networking events, seminars, and webinars led by both programs.

CICA Amplify Women focuses on connecting women with opportunities for education, networking, and influence in the captive insurance industry. CICA NEXTGen works to support young and new professionals to enhance career development and networking for the next generation of captive professionals.
