Old Republic has partnered with the American Red Cross through the donation of a co-branded fleet vehicle that will support the organization in their emergency response, relief, and recovery efforts in Chicago and Northern Illinois.
“The American Red Cross has been a client for the past two decades and charitable partner in the face of major natural disasters for many years,” said Steve Oberst, President and CEO of Old Republic Risk Management. “We’re proud to broaden our partnership.”

Recently, executive team members from Old Republic met with Red Cross of Chicago & Northern Illinois staff to tour their regional operations and see firsthand how the vehicle, a 2018 Chevy Traverse, will be put to use in the field. The Chicago & Northern Illinois Region’s reach is widespread, serving more than 9.5 million people in 21 counties; this particular vehicle will be used to support their regular regional operations and, should the need arise, be utilized during national relief efforts.
“The Chicago & Northern Illinois Red Cross is proud to partner with Old Republic and to accept their generous vehicle donation,” said Celena Roldan, CEO of the Chicago & Northern Illinois Red Cross. “This new Red Cross vehicle will be immediately used by volunteers and staff across our 21-county region on behalf of our mission.”
Old Republic looks forward to a continued partnership with the American Red Cross and is committed to supporting their mission.
